Wedding Photography – Packages, Prices, and More!
Thanks for your interest in The Sweetest Days regarding our photography for your wedding. Here’s the current packages and prices as well as some additional information we hope you find useful.
We’ll start with some of the definitions of what is included in the packages. We know it can be confusing and that the terms that are used may not be something you are familiar with, please ask us anything! We really do want this to be an easy and happy experience for you.
Coverage is based on how many hours we are shooting images. The time starts when we arrive and runs straight through your selected coverage time.
Online Gallery is Pictage! The world’s best professional online gallery for image sharing and ordering.
Proof Images are photographic process only for absolutely the best quality. We do not print proofs off a computer. They will be beautifully boxed for you and delivered with your album.
Printed Proof Album is a book of your proofs printed on high quality paper and bound with a classic black linen cover .
Engagement Session. Yay! This is our time to meet you and for you to become comfortable with us. All engagement sessions are on location and will also be posted on Pictage for proofing and online ordering.
DVD of High Resolution files. These are your “digital negatives” and you will receive the archival DVD upon completion and delivery of your album. We encourage you to burn an additional copy and store it in a safety deposit box if possible. We also give you a copyright release so that you can have prints made anywhere you choose.
The Album. The album that we include with our packages is a gorgeous 10x10 Leather Bound Willowbook Album as seen in magazines and on the Pictage website. You will select a number of images that you love and we will design the album for you. Then you will be able to make 3 revisions at no extra charge. The parent albums are clones (exact duplicates) of the original design, just a little smaller. Note that a page is considered 2 sides. We do have other album choices available and will price them according to size, material, etc.

Up to 10 hours of coverage with two photographers

Details
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your day. This is applied towards your total cost of your package. We only book one wedding a day so once the deposit is received, the date is yours.
Balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Custom packages will be designed upon request
Items can be exchange for other products of equal value or credited towards the purchase of larger albums or other items. More items will be showcased soon.
DVD of the original high quality jpeg files (the digital negatives) are included in all packages and delivered upon the completion of the couple’s album.

All fees, services and products are subject to Connecticut state sales tax.
Weddings outside of Southern New England) are subject to travel expenses which may include 2 roundtrip airline tickets, a hotel room for 2 nights, a rental car, and $100 for miscellaneous expenses.
Due to the fact that all of our albums are hand made, album dimensions are approximate.
Cash is graciously accepted as well as personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
Additional time will be billed at $250 and hour.
